These terms apply to purchases made from Director Prize Hub. By placing an order, you agree to the product details, pricing, personalization information, shipping terms, and policies shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due in full at checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but the price shown in your completed order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before the order is submitted. Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping unless a product or promotion specifically states otherwise.

Personalized Orders

Please review names, unit names, dates, spelling, capitalization, colors, and other personalization before submitting your order. Personalized items are made from the information provided with the order. Minor adjustments to spacing, sizing, or placement may be made when needed to create a balanced finished design.

Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Changes or cancellations are available only before production begins. Once a personalized item has entered production, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Returns and Problems With an Order

Personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order information. Eligible non-personalized stock items may be returned in unused, original condition when you contact us within seven days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can correct the problem.

Shipping

Processing time varies by product and order size, especially for personalized or bulk orders. Available shipping charges and methods are shown during checkout. Tracking information is provided when available. Please contact us promptly if a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.

Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting names, logos, artwork, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use that material for the requested product. Director Prize Hub may decline material that cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.
